Have questions about Canadian immigration?

Find answers to common questions about visas, permanent residence, citizenship, appeals, and immigration services. Our team is here to provide guidance and support throughout your journey.

What immigration services do you provide?

We provide assistance with a wide range of Canadian immigration matters, including study permits, work permits, visitor visas, family sponsorships, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), permanent residence applications, citizenship applications, and refugee representation.

How do I know which immigration program is right for me?

The most suitable immigration pathway depends on your personal circumstances, qualifications, work experience, family situation, and long-term goals. We conduct eligibility assessments and consultations to help determine the best available options.

Can you assist if my immigration application has been refused?

Yes. We offer refusal analysis services to identify the reasons for refusal and provide guidance on reapplications, appeals, or alternative immigration pathways where appropriate.

Do you represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB)?

Yes. As an RCIC-IRB, we provide representation for refugee protection claims, Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) appeals, Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) matters, admissibility hearings, detention reviews, and other IRB proceedings.

Do I need a consultation before starting my application?

While not mandatory, a consultation is highly recommended. It allows us to assess your eligibility, discuss available immigration options, identify potential challenges, and develop a strategy tailored to your goals.

What is your guidance strategy?

Educators follow a Behaviour Guidance Policy which extends across the whole Service giving consistency of expectation in all rooms. This policy allows children to develop self-discipline, a respect for others, for property and respect for self. The policy aims are :

  • To give all children the opportunity to expand their experiences of life in a productive, safe environment that allows individuals the right to safety, tolerance, self-‐expression,  cultural identity, dignity and the worth of the individual, along with honesty in dealing with peers and caregivers.

  • To be taught to respect the rights and needs of others by foreseeing the outcome of their behaviour and the consequences of their behaviour.

  • To encourage the individual social development of each child.

  • If you require further information on this policy please ask Educators and refer to the policy book.
